Q. How do I buy something on Kaze Zakka?

First, you have to register a new account.

To buy something, select ‘Add to Cart’ on the item page and it will be added to your shopping cart which is displayed at the top of each page.

Items will stay in your basket until you remove them, or until you checkout. After checkout-ed, you may send us the order number via email (info@kazezakka.com) or Facebook Message. We will post the item once confirmed payment.

If you leave it in your basket for too long without checking out there’s a chance that someone else could snap it up.

Alternately, you can buy something via our Facebook Fan Page, just send the item’s link or code to our FB inbox.


Q. How do I pay for an item?

You can pay by Bank Transfer or PayPal


Q. When will I receive my order?

We using Pos Laju for all shipping, item will arrive your door step within 2 working days. Fixed Postage on every purchase –>

RM7 (Peninsular Malaysia)

RM10 (Sabah&Sarawak)

Free Delivery on orders over RM100.
